Shipping + Returns
The product needs to unused, undamaged, stain free and in saleable condition with original packing and must be returned in set as it was sold.
Unboxing video is mandatory in cases of returns and exchange and can only be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Timeline is a strict policy for return. If the product is damaged and wrong (delivered other than the one ordered) in that case a report of the same shall be sent to our registered mail id within 24 hours along with the photos and videos. Returns outside the timeline will not be processed or accepted. On Approved items, the amount will be refunded back to the source account of customer within 7-10 days after the product is received back and is approved for refund by our quality check department.
